VISA LETTER 

If you require a UK Visa, we kindly request the following information sent by e-mail at its2026@takafulsummit.com:

1. Your full name exactly as it appears on your passport
2. Passport number
3. Country of passport issuance
4. Purpose of attendance (Speaker, Delegate, or Sponsor)
5. Your designation, organisation/company name, and full contact address
6. The address of the visa‑issuing authority where you will submit your application
7. Your intended date of travel

Once we receive these details, by e-mail we will issue the Visa Invitation Letter. 

The letter will include the dates of the International Takaful Summit, the organiser’s contact details, and a brief description of the event.

Please note that travel and accommodation costs will be your responsibility.

Please be advised that the travel and accommodation costs would need to be borne by you. The visa‑issuing authority may also request confirmation of your return date as part of their assessment.
